Tim Lusk - Founder, President, Counselor and Teacher
Tim served as a part of the pastoral team at Christian Family Chapel in Jacksonville, Florida for over 20 years,
until he felt called to start RLI as an outgrowth of his experience in training, counseling and mobilizing leaders in Jacksonville
and in parts of the former Soviet Union.
Carolyn Phillips - Counselor and Teacher
Carolyn is the founder of "Mending Hearts", a womens ministry for abused and battered women. She has traveled all over the
United States and the world teaching and training leaders through "SALTS", a ministry designed help women who have been battered and abused. Carolyn has been a teacher in Russia for RLI and also has a very successful womens counseling ministry.
Margaret Davis - Executive Assistant and Teacher
Margaret recently joined RLI as the person who keeps RLI organized and running like a well oiled machine. She's also
part of the Russian teaching team, ministering to the wives of the Russian pastors that are part of the Black Soil Project.
Paul T Moore - Director of Communications
Paul oversees web communications, directs the photography and videograpy services.
